Samsung Electronics announced it will unveil its latest kitchen appliances, including Bespoke AI refrigerators, OTR microwaves, and slide-in ranges, at CES 2026, emphasizing vision-based AI functionality powered by Google Gemini and Google Cloud.
The centerpiece is the new Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub, which integrates Google Gemini to significantly expand food recognition beyond the previous limit of 37 fresh and 50 registered processed foods, aiming to automatically register unregistered processed foods and detect user-labeled items.
Furthermore, the new Bespoke AI Wine Cellar will use the same AI Vision to track wine bottles, update the SmartThings AI Wine Manager, and offer personalized pairing suggestions. The announcement also detailed aesthetic updates across the lineup, including a unified stainless-look option, a zero-clearance fit for the 3-Door French Door refrigerator, and an improved DualVent OTR microwave with a new front ventilation wing to better capture smoke.
