Vibe Bot is an AI agent that sits on your desk

Vibe, a smart whiteboard manufacturer, is introducing the Vibe Bot, a physical AI agent intended for office desks and meeting rooms to support hybrid work. Despite its name, the device is not a robot; it resembles an Amazon Echo Show, featuring a cylindrical speaker, a small circular screen, beam-forming microphones, and a 4K camera that can rotate to track speakers during video calls. Beyond its function as a smart webcam, the Vibe Bot can record audio from both online and offline meetings, providing live transcription and AI-generated notes afterward. Users can interact with it via a voice assistant to ask questions about meetings, receive recommendations, and trigger actions in integrated applications like calendars and project management tools, although specific supported apps have not yet been confirmed by Vibe.
