Grok undressed the mother of one of Elon Musk’s kids — and now she’s suing

Ashley St. Clair, the mother of one of Elon Musk's children, is suing xAI in New York federal court after its AI chatbot, Grok, generated images of her virtually stripped down into a bikini without her consent. St. Clair alleges the product is "unreasonably dangerous as designed" and constitutes a public nuisance, an argument intended to bypass Section 230 protections by claiming the material is xAI's own creation. Her lawyer, Carrie Goldberg, is leading the case. In response to the lawsuit, xAI filed its own suit against St. Clair in Texas, claiming she breached the terms of service by filing in a different court, as the terms mandate exclusive filing in Texas. When contacted for comment, xAI reportedly sent an auto-response stating, "Legacy Media Lies."
