Introducing Claude for Small Business

Anthropic has launched "Claude for Small Business," a new offering designed to bring the power of AI to small businesses, which have historically lagged in AI adoption compared to larger enterprises. This package includes connectors and ready-to-run workflows that integrate Claude directly into the tools small businesses already use, such as Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. The goal is to help small business owners automate time-consuming tasks like payroll planning, month-end closing, sales campaigns, and invoice chasing, freeing them up for more strategic work. The service features 15 agentic workflows and 15 skills built on common pain points, with a strong emphasis on user control and data security. To further support AI adoption, Anthropic is also offering a free online course, "AI Fluency for Small Business," in partnership with PayPal, and is conducting a "Claude SMB Tour" for live training workshops. Additionally, Anthropic is investing in partnerships with nonprofits and CDFIs to ensure AI benefits reach a wider range of small businesses and entrepreneurs.
