Meta brings Pocket, an app that lets you vibe-code and share games, to US users

Meta is expanding its experimental vibe-coding gaming app, Pocket, to users across the United States following an initial launch in Brazil. The app utilizes AI prompts to enable users to create small, interactive games known as "gizmos" that respond to touch, device tilt, and user media. These creations can be published to a scrollable feed, shared on profiles, saved, remixed, or reposted by others. Pocket stems from Meta's acqui-hire of the Gizmo team and forms part of CEO Mark Zuckerberg's broader push to leverage AI-enabled software development for rapid prototyping and releasing standalone mobile applications.
