Introducing Claude Design by Anthropic Labs

Anthropic Labs has introduced Claude Design, a new product that enables users to collaborate with the Claude AI to create polished visual work such as designs, prototypes, slides, and one-pagers. Powered by the Claude Opus 4.7 vision model, it's available in research preview for subscribers of Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise. The tool is designed to help both experienced designers explore more concepts and those without a design background produce visual work. It works through a natural creative flow: it can automatically build a design system from a team's codebase and files, import from various sources, allow for refined edits and collaboration, and export to multiple formats or hand off to Claude Code for implementation. Teams are using it for prototypes, wireframes, presentations, and marketing collateral. Partners like Canva and Brilliant have praised its ability to streamline the design-to-production process.
