Meta opens early access program for new Muse features

Meta has opened an early access program for new features of its Muse AI app, announced at the Connect 2026 developer conference. Unlike typical pilot tests that use randomized user groups, Meta is specifically targeting AI enthusiasts who use multiple AI apps and understand the market well. Interested users can share a specific prompt with Muse—shared on X—that will register their interest in joining the program. The upcoming features include a digital avatar for video chatting, expanded shopping partnerships and connectors, an enhanced Muse Mac app that can operate your computer to complete tasks, and integration with Meta's AI glasses, allowing users to interact with the agent through a wake word and voice commands.
