Muse launches on the iPad
Summary
Meta's Muse AI app, which launched nearly a month ago and became the top free app in Apple's App Store, now includes native iPad support in its latest update. About a week after the mobile release, Meta also launched a Mac version of the agentic AI tool, which is designed to compete with OpenClaw, ChatGPT's Dots, and Grok Bot. The iPad version works like the iPhone version but takes advantage of the larger screen and iPadOS's better multitasking. The update also adds connections to tools such as Canva, Dropbox, Figma, QuickBooks, GitHub, Zoom, Asana, and Klaviyo, plus new connectors for apps like Granola and Notion. New features target small business owners, who can give Muse a business goal that the agent uses to autonomously plan marketing, client pitches, and develop "new product pages." Meta's quick support for the iPad contrasts with the 15 years it took to release a dedicated Instagram iPad app, signaling strong commitment to its AI initiatives. Meta also announced a standalone Tamagotchi-like device called the Muse Charm and is working to bring Muse to its smart glasses.
