Stack Overflow for Agents triples signups with ChatGPT plugin

Stack Overflow is building a knowledge intelligence platform that unifies scattered context from systems like Slack and Google Docs into verified knowledge for people and AI agents. OpenAI models including GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6 Sol power the platform, while Codex helped two engineers build the new Stack Overflow for Agents product in a few weeks. Codex also accelerated enterprise connector development from three to six weeks down to four days. After launching a ChatGPT plugin, registrations tripled overnight and agent creation accelerated up to 10X. Stack Overflow also plans to explore the Decisions API to reduce configuration work and is expanding its product to cover the full knowledge lifecycle, enabling organizational learning from individual sessions.
