Agents for financial services and insurance

Anthropic has introduced ten ready-to-run AI agent templates designed to automate labor-intensive financial tasks such as pitchbook creation, credit memo writing, and KYC screening. These agents, powered by the Claude Opus 4.7 model, integrate directly into Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to maintain context across applications. Additionally, Anthropic is expanding its partner ecosystem with new data connectors—including partnerships with Dun & Bradstreet, Moody’s, and Morningstar—to provide secure, real-time access to industry data. The tools can be deployed via Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or as Managed Agents, allowing firms to streamline operations while keeping human oversight in the loop.
