Microsoft’s Office and LinkedIn chief now runs Teams in latest reshuffle

Microsoft is undergoing a significant leadership reshuffle following the retirement of Rajesh Jha, the executive vice president of the experiences and devices group. LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky will now lead a new Work Experiences Group, incorporating Microsoft Teams. Concurrently, Charles Lamanna will head the Copilot, Agents, and Platform team, overseeing key services and veteran executives. These changes, alongside new roles for Pavan Davuluri and Perry Clarke, aim to streamline operations as the company prepares for a voluntary retirement program for long-serving staff. All new leads will report directly to CEO Satya Nadella starting June 30th.
