In a symbolic event held at Moscow's Pushkin Library, two humanoid robots named Robert and Matilda participated in Russia's first robot wedding ceremony. Organized by the firm IT Imperial to mark Family, Love and Fidelity Day, the event featured the robots exchanging vows and performing a dance to showcase advancements in artificial intelligence. Anna Bagdasaryan, Deputy CEO of IT Imperial, emphasized that such technology aims to automate routine labor, allowing humans to focus more on art and creativity. To further the educational mission of the event, the company also donated various books on robotics and technology to the library.
