Suno is trying to look more like a real music production tool

Suno is releasing Studio 2.0 with significant upgrades that transition the platform closer to a traditional digital audio workstation (DAW). The update introduces highly requested features such as MIDI support, track automation, and a suite of built-in effects like reverb, compression, and EQ. While it lacks third-party VST support, users can utilize built-in synths and leverage MIDI data as prompts to generate audio, melodies, or arrangement extensions. Additionally, Studio 2.0 integrates a context-aware chatbot capable of writing lyrics, adding guitar lines, adjusting vocal tracks, and even creating custom effects plugins saved directly to the user's account.
