Meta AI is getting a Mac app

Meta is introducing a dedicated Mac application for its Meta AI chatbot, allowing users to share their windows to receive suggestions, answers, and content creation help. The new app also supports universal dictation. This move positions Meta to better compete with rivals like Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic in the desktop productivity space. Additionally, Meta is expanding its AI capabilities for businesses and creators, enabling the assistant to integrate with Instagram, Facebook, Meta ad campaigns, and Google Workspace to analyze metrics, generate documents, and handle recurring tasks.
