Google Gemini is getting a dedicated student hub

Google is launching a new dedicated student hub in Gemini tailored for the back-to-school season, featuring tools for research, flashcards, practice quizzes, and syllabus integration with Google Calendar. The update also brings graph and image support for study notebooks, Deep Research capabilities to Gemini Live, and new Google Lens features for worksheet assistance. Additionally, eligible US students can receive one year of Google AI Pro for free, while international students gain access to a Google AI Plus subscription.
