Google’s latest Pixel drop allows Gemini to order groceries for you and more

Google's latest March update for Pixel phones introduces significant new features, most notably enabling the Gemini AI assistant to perform tasks on the user's behalf, such as ordering groceries via Grubhub or booking a ride through Uber, referred to as an agentic feature. This functionality works in the background but allows for user supervision or interruption, and it will also be available on Samsung S26 phones. Additionally, Circle to Search is enhanced to allow users to break down and virtually try on outfits. Other updates include Magic Cue proactively offering context-aware suggestions, a new "comfort" view to reduce color saturation, and features for older models like a desktop experience for Pixel 8 and newer when connected to an external display, enhanced At-a-Glance widgets for Pixel 7 and newer, and custom AI-generated app icons for Pixel 6 and newer.
