The Paper2Agent system converts static research papers into dynamic AI agents that can answer questions, apply methods to new data, and collaborate with other agents. Tested on the AlphaGenome paper, it created an agent in 45 minutes for $14, which outperformed other AI agents in answering genetics queries. This tool enables scientists to easily understand unfamiliar fields and re-evaluate published conclusions without new experiments.
