iPhone owners can now submit a claim in Apple’s $250 million Siri AI lawsuit

Apple has agreed to a $250 million settlement to resolve a class-action lawsuit alleging it misled consumers by promising advanced AI features for the iPhone 16 that were later delayed. Eligible customers in the US who purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, can now file a claim online. Claimants are expected to receive approximately $25 per device, though the final amount could increase to $95 depending on the number of filings. The deadline to submit a claim is December 21, 2026. Apple has denied any wrongdoing in the case.
