Nvidia has entered a multiyear technology partnership with SK Hynix to advance AI memory and semiconductor manufacturing. CEO Jensen Huang confirmed that Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron have been qualified to supply HBM4 memory for the upcoming Vera Rubin platform. Vera Rubin is now in production with ten times the throughput of Grace Blackwell, with shipments to major cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure expected in the third quarter. SK Hynix is projected to capture a majority of the HBM4 supply volume for this new generation of AI infrastructure.
