Dive into new topics with immersive explorations in the Gemini app.

The Gemini app now offers a library of immersive explorations that provide an interactive, visual way to explore topics layer-by-layer, from microscopic systems to deep space. Users can access this library in the Gemini student hub by clicking "Try immersive explorations," and will soon be able to access them directly in chat conversations with Gemini. Each exploration features interactive and guided experiences, such as tracing trade routes on the Silk Road, peering inside a jet engine, or studying the physics of lightning. Users can tap labels to dig deeper, zooming from planetary scales down to molecules and atoms. Audio narration will soon be added to walk users through each layer. The feature is available to all users in English, Indonesian, Hindi, Brazilian Portuguese, French, and simplified Chinese, while users in other languages currently receive an English-only experience, with more languages coming soon.
