Sales automation startup Rox AI hits $1.2B valuation, sources say

Sales automation startup Rox AI has raised a funding round valuing the company at $1.2 billion, according to multiple sources. The round was led by returning investor General Catalyst. Founded in 2024 by former New Relic chief growth officer Ishan Mukherjee, Rox AI develops autonomous AI agents designed to improve sales productivity by monitoring accounts, researching prospects, and updating CRMs. The company aims to consolidate fragmented sales software solutions. Rox AI’s customers include Ramp, MongoDB, and New Relic, and it competes with companies like Gong, Clari, 11x, and Artisan. The startup had projected $8 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by the end of 2025.
