Google will save your Lens photos, Search Live recordings, and Translate audio for AI training

Google is launching a new 'Search Services History' setting that will store user interactions, including Google Lens images, Search Live recordings, voice searches, and Translate audio. These saved files will be utilized by Google to develop and improve its services, including its AI models, and to provide personalized suggestions and advertisements if the 'Personalized Recommendations' feature is enabled. This new setting operates independently from the existing 'Web & App Activity' option. Users retain control over their data, as both the 'Search Services History' and 'Save Media' options can be disabled if they prefer not to have their interactions stored.
